Cote De Boeuf
Inspired by the neighborhoods of Paris, Côte de Boeuf is Toronto’s local bistro bar à vin and traditional style butcher shop for the Trinity-Bellwoods area and beyond. Our beef is locally sourced and butchered in house, old-way, by handsaw and our chefs make their own varieties of terrines and foie gras. All can be purchased at our shop or experienced straight from the butcher’s block through our selection of dining options: walk-ins at the Bar à Vin, reservations at our Butcher’s Table or privatization of the entire shop with dinner option at our Chef’s Table.
